We need your help getting the Hollywood District looking fresh and beautiful for fall! Join the Hollywood Boosters Business Association for a community planter cleanup morning.

Join us for the Positive Aging Health & Wellness Fair this Saturday at the German American Society from 11 AM–4 PM!

Explore 30+ health and wellness vendors and
20+ workshops and activities, from dance instruction and guided meditation to collaging, healthy cooking, mindfulness, and engaging presentations.

You can meet new people at Speed Friending, or stick around for Speed Dating hosted by the fabulous Bolivia Carmichaels!

You can also explore the more unexpected side of positive aging with Plain Speak about S*x and Aging, hear real reproductive stories from Menopunks, and learn about everything from fighting fraud and Medicare to dementia, legal essentials, and aging in place.

What a fun sight in the Hollywood District yesterday! ❤️

The inaugural Portland Promenade, hosted by Oregon Walks as the finale to STEPtember, brought walkers on an approximately 11-mile journey across Portland — from Luuwit View Park in Northeast Portland all the way to Pioneer Courthouse Square downtown.

And, of course, the route came right through our Hollywood District! 🎬

It was wonderful to see so many people walking through the neighborhood, passing the iconic Hollywood Theatre and experiencing our little corner of Portland on foot.

It is wonderful seeing events like this bring people into our neighborhood and remind us how much there is to discover when you slow down and explore Portland one block at a time.

Congratulations to everyone who took part in the first Portland Promenade — 11 miles is no small feat! 👟👏

Here’s to more reasons to walk, explore and support our local neighborhoods and businesses. ❤️

Hollywood Boosters Happy Hours are back for the season! 🎉

We kicked things off at The Hollywood Q, a newly renovated addition to the Hollywood District. The building features offices, conference and flex space upstairs, while the main level is home to a full bar, 10 indoor food cart pods, and plenty of seating.

I’ve been working my way through the different food options, and every pod I’ve tried so far has been delicious! 🌮🍜🍕🍹

The owner was also kind enough to give the Boosters a private tour and show us around the newly renovated space.

If you haven’t checked out The Q yet, be sure to plan a visit. It’s a great neighborhood gathering spot — and the perfect place to grab a bite or a drink before or after a movie at the neighboring Hollywood Theatre. 🎬

So happy to see another great space bringing people together in the Hollywood District. ❤️

We truly appreciate U.S. Bank’s continued support, generosity, and investment in the Hollywood community. Contributions like this help the Boosters continue our work toward keeping the district cleaner, safer, and more welcoming for our businesses, neighbors, and visitors.

U.S. Bank put on a wonderful grand reopening celebration today to showcase their newly remodeled branch, complete with delicious sandwiches, chips, and cookies from our neighboring Aunt Tillie’s Deli! 🥪🍪
