Heroes of Humanity produces multi-day, single-day and mini-missions across the US. Our 2015 event sites include Portland, Maine and Boulder, Colorado. Our events send Heroes on a quest through the wilderness in their backyard to find treasure and glory. Heroes run, swim, climb and paddle their way around the course as All-in Teams, Relay Teams or Solo racers. Anyone over the age of 15 can register
to be a Hero and select their charity of choice. Part treasure hunt, part endurance game, and part philanthropic journey, our missions challenge athletic prowess, problem solving skills and navigational abilities. Each one-day mission or 3-hour mini-mission tasks Heroes to find multiple waypoints and checkpoints called Gates. Gates yield both prizes and the clues to the next gate. The farther you go, the harder it gets, the bigger the prize for Heroes, with a match gift to their non-profit of choice made by us. All our Heroes’, whether competing solo or in teams, can win big. The guaranteed prize is the adventure and connection found along the course, but for those fast, strong and clever enough, winnings may include one of the 60 real gold and silver bars or outdoor gear packages offered by our sponsors at each Gate.
Mini-Mission Prize: ~$500 value 1 kilo Silver Bar. Delicious local gnosh, beverages and fun! Full Day Mission Prizes:

2nd place: $4100 gold bar plus $2,000 sponsor gear package
