Hey everyone! This upcoming week, on Thursday April 25th, we will be hosting a Q***ries panel in collaboration with the Q***r Resource Center. This panel will not only focus on student experience but it will also have a focus on the role of Social Work in this community. Join us in the ASRC building room 650 (6th floor). Snacks will be provided and we are looking forward to seeing many of y’all there!

The month of March was declared “Social Work Month” in 1984 by the White House.

Each year in March, Social Work Month is celebrated with an official theme to shed spotlight on the Social Work profession and highlight the work that social workers do. This March, the theme is to “Elevate Social Work,” and the SSW will celebrate by amplifying the contributions our students, alumni, faculty and staff members are making in this world.
