Every week, or as needed, we're gonna highlight a neighbor(or neighbors) in need and ask our community to come together to help. Mutual aid means showing up for each other—because no one should have to struggle alone.

🔥 WE SHOWED UP. WE SHOWED OUT. AND THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING. 🔥
Today, the tenants of Wimbledon Square & Gardens made one thing clear: we are done being ignored.

📢 Over 50 tenants and supporters marched through our complex, and 100+ voices joined in from their balconies.

✊ Portland DSA had our backs—helping spread the word, getting people out, and making sure our message was heard.

🏛️ City Councilor Mitch Green showed up in support, standing with tenants in our fight for safe, livable homes.

📖 Our neighbors shared their stories—stories of neglect, mismanagement, and exploitation.

Prime Residential thinks they can keep squeezing us for rent while leaving our homes in disrepair. They are wrong.

We see their pattern. We see their greed. And we are fighting back.

This is only the first step. We will not be silenced. We will not back down. We will not stop until every tenant has the safe, stable home we deserve.

Hi neighbors! We’re the Wimbledon Tenants Union, a collective of residents at Wimbledon Square and Gardens fighting for safe, livable, and fair housing.

Management has ignored our concerns for too long, and we’re coming together to hold them accountable.

Join us as we organize to address everything from neglected repairs to hazardous living conditions.

🚨 Here’s how you can take action today:

Report Issues: Submit new maintenance tickets for anything that isn’t working—from faulty appliances to unsafe stairs. Let’s show management the full scale of the problems.

Share Your Story: Warn others about what’s happening here by leaving honest reviews on Google, Yelp, and similar platforms.

Join Us: Come to our union meetings on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month at 7 PM at Reedwood and Friends Church to strategize and plan our next steps together.
