Dancing in Portland and Vancouver has started again. Here are details of two upcoming events:

Christmas dance party with live music!
December 7, 2:00 p.m.
Program to be announced
Musicians Betsy Branch and Lisa Scott
Attendees requested to bring finger food to share
$15 for RSCDS members, $20 for nonmembers, and $5 for spectators
Location is Burlingame Water Tower, 8936 SW 17th Ave, Portland, OR 97219

Special Dance Class
Class featuring unusual dances
Saturday, November 16, 1:30 to 4:00 p.m.
Taught by Lin Pettengill and Melissa Whitson
$5 for Portland Branch members and $7 for non-Portland Branch members
Participants should have minimum of two years of Scottish Country dance experience or permission of the teachers

Dancers who are thinking of participating are asked to send an email to Melissa at [email protected] so the teachers have an idea in advance of the number of participants
