Gilbert Park PTA is a group of caring caregivers/parents and teachers who support the students and faculty of Gilbert Park Elementary. Our mission is to build bridges between families and school in our culturally rich community. We provide support and resources for teachers to enhance learning opportunities for our children through family-oriented events. We are always looking for new members and

urge all caregivers/parents and teachers to join. Membership dues are $9.50 for the year, but no one will be turned away due to lack of funds. As a member you vote on how PTA money is raised and spent in the school! It is also a great way to meet other families/neighbors and become familiar with the staff at Gilbert Park.

Hey hey GP OTTERS! It is Teacher appreciation week! Let’s give a huge shout out to all of our incredible certified staff members! The care and dedication our teachers show everyday to every student is seen and felt! PTA will be hosting a luncheon in honor of all of the incredible educators at GP tomorrow! Maybe ask your kiddos to write their teachers a note? All the love we can give them all the time is lovely, but especially this week!

6:30 pm refreshments, 7 pm meeting starts! We will be discussing our Bingo night event, Multicultural Fair, Teacher appreciation week, dine out nights and more! Admin will be attending with an Admin update, we hope to see you there.

G.P. Families! Check your email for the link to your kiddos profile to enter minutes on the Fundraiser website, and share to friends and family!
Prizes for most funds raised are:
1st place lunch and Nintendo Switch time with our principal Mr. Nguyen!
2nd place is $25 gift card to GP’s book fair!
3rd place is $20 to book fair!
There will also be rewards for most minutes read by student, and most minutes read as a class!!

Funds that are raised from this, and all fundraisers at GP help in purchasing items for teachers in classrooms to support students, field trips, Multicultural Fair, teacher and staff appreciation, and so much more! Help spread the word!
