It is with great sadness that yesterday the Maine Amvets family lost our friend William "Bill" Ingraham to cancer.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to his wife Bonnie and their family.
Bill served for 30 years in the Maine Army National Guard. He was a past Amvets Post Commander, State Commander and Amvets District 1 Commander. He was a dedicated member of Amvets Post 25 in Portland, Maine. During his tenure in Amvets Bill wore many hats. His dedication and contributions to our organization reflect what service to veterans and community mean. His support of our Auxiliary and Sons taught us the meaning of working together for the greater cause,
He will be greatly missed by all.
