Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate the dedication of Peninsula Lodge's mural "The Heroes of North Portland". The mural is our gift to the community, sharing the history of North Portland from 1894 (the year our lodge was founded), and 1925 (the year our lodge hall was built). Special guest included the descendants of the heroes featured, Senator Jeff Merkley, Deputy Grand Master, Robert E. Neal Jr. representing the Grand Lodge, City Councilor Sameer Kanal, and over two-hundred of our neighbors. Oregon Public Broadcasting was there to film the event for a documentary.

Tonight, we had the absolute honor of presenting five incredible graduating seniors with our Community Service Laptop Award. These young leaders have shown an extraordinary dedication to volunteering and making a real difference here in North Portland and beyond.

Congratulations to this year's well-deserving recipients! We are so proud of your hard work and can't wait to see all the amazing things you will accomplish in your next chapter. 🎓💻✨
