Farmers are extremely hard working, busy people. They care deeply for their cows, even in the freezing cold winters, and the blazing hot summers. The truth is farmers just really love their cows. They provide their cows with a clean comfortable bed daily, fresh food and water, and a
calm, stress-free environment.

Trick-or-Treat! Even if you’re lactose intolerant, there’s nothing to fear this Halloween because you can still enjoy delicious dairy products!

Lactose-free options still have real milk, but are
ultra-processed to remove the lactose. Other products that have less lactose, but can still be enjoyed, include hard cheeses like parmesan or aged cheddar, some yogurts and butter, and ultra-processed milk! Check out your lactose-free/low lactose options at your local grocery store in the dairy section for a healthy treat this Halloween!
