Friday Night Franks

Friday Night Franks Every other Friday night we grill free hotdogs and serve free coffee at the 82nd Ave. MAX station. W Friday Night Franks is not your typical church ministry.

Friday Night Franks is an event hosted by Multnomah Biblical Seminary's Institute for the Theology of Culture: New Wine, New Wineskins. The event is headed by Multnomah Seminary students, but not all who participate are students, and we encourage anyone to come with us. Every other Friday night we gather together food and drinks, which participants donate, and we head down the street to the nearby

bus and train station. Once there, we begin grilling hotdogs, serving hot cocoa and coffee, and hanging out with the people there. We give all of the food and drinks for free, seeking nothing in return, and we simply hope to strike up a new conversation with someone from our community. We value these conversations with our neighbors, and realize our paths may have never crossed had we not intentionally sought community with those right around us. Rather than going out into our community with some sole purpose, we seek to go beyond the typical ministry framework in order that we may simply show the love of Christ to our neighbors. If this sounds like something that you'd like to be apart of, then please contact us or simply show up to Multnomah Biblical Seminary on a Friday night at 5:30pm!
