Introducing our next round of 2026 Gulf of Maine Grand Slam entrants, all returning competitors ready to make another run at the title!

Bailey & Bella – Capt. Keith Jordan
For the third year in a row, Capt. Keith and crew are back aboard the Bailey & Bella. After back-to-back Top 3 finishes, they're looking to build on that success and finally break through for the top spot in 2026!

Katelyn A – Captains Shawn & Peter Moore
The Katelyn A returns for its third Grand Slam season with hopes for a better result than last year. A 3rd-place finish in 2024 proved they have what it takes to compete, and they'll be looking to put it all together in 2026.

Illusion – Captain Macky Simmons
Captain Macky Simmons and crew are back for their second shot at the Grand Slam title! Illusion is always a boat to watch and should once again be a tough competitor as the third edition of the Gulf of Maine Grand Slam gets underway.

Please use the link in our bio or go to gulfofmainegrandslam.com and click the Register button to be brought to the Casco Bay Bluefin Bonanza website where you can pay for your registration! Click the PayPal button to either pay using PayPal or credit/debit card. $300 entry fee this year and you must be signed up for all 3 participating tournaments by the end of the Casco Bay Tuna Club Bailey Island Tuna Tournaments captains meeting. If you register and fail to sign up for all 3 tournaments by then, registration fee will be refunded. Reach out via social media if you wish to sign up without PayPal or credit/debit.

🚨 2025 Gulf of Maine Grand Slam Champion:

Congratulations to Kurt, Erik and crew for repeating as Grand Slam Champions after winning the inaugural Slam in 2024! The Molly Jane came on strong in the end to wrap up the title with a total weight of 2,123.5 lbs and was the only boat to catch more than 2 fish throughout the Grand Slam after some slow fishing by all in July.

The final fish of the 2025 Gulf of Maine Grand Slam was brought to the scales last night in Boothbay Harbor by Captain Peter Moore and crew on the Katelyn A!

Our champion will be recognized tomorrow night at the Boothbay Harbor Tuna Challenge award ceremony from 4-9pm! Hope to see you all there!
