Hi Cottonwood Creek Neighborhood!

Here's an update from HomeWorks Connect - the local internet provider bringing high-speed internet service to our neighborhood! There's been some questions about what's going on so here's the details:

HomeWorks Connect is building their network into our neighborhood. It will be run in the road rights-of-way which is why you see all the flags and crews working currently. These are the mainline contractors.

In order to be installed for service, Cottonwood Creek residents are required to sign a service agreement of 24 months and installation fees must be paid before installs will begin. Installation fees can be paid as either $500 up front or $25/month for 24 months.

In the coming weeks, additional crews of contractors - drop contractors - will be called in to run drops to homes that have signed contracts and paid their installation fees.

After the drop contractors run drops to the houses that are interested, those homes will be contacted by the HomeWorks Connect team to begin scheduling in-home installations.

This is Lisa … I know it’s a little late, but I contacted Tara and she is coming to our house tomorrow to pick up any shoes you no longer need. If you would like to donate, you can just drop them off on our porch tomorrow morning (not sure when she is picking up). Thanks!

Hello neighbors. Lisa and I were supposed to get a UPS delivery today, ups verified but the picture is not our porch. Lisa’s package is drugs she needs that have to be kept cold. If you could please check to see if they are on your porch we would appreciate it.

Hey all! We just heard awful news that there was a fatal accident at Barnes and Divine and the power won’t be on for a while. Praying for all involved and their families!!!

We will push the party back till 2pm in hope the power is back by then. If not, we can have snacks and drinks and can still get together later.
