I don't know if she ever used the term, but Dorothy Taubman was one of the great teachers of "flow" in music.
She took a stand against musical training for technical endurance and discovered the physical principles that allow the fingers, wrists, arms, and entire body to work in harmony.
If you ever experience an injury playing any music instrument, her insights could make the difference between sustaining injury and opening up to euphoria.
