A taste of this month's reflection:

BMI isn't just about body mass. What if BMI meant Bearing Mutual Image?

Drawing on C.S. Lewis' The Weight of Glory, we explore the God-given dignity of every person and why how we view and treat one another matters in a divided culture. As image bearers of God, we are called to build bridges, extend grace, and take seriously the sacred worth of every human being.

What does it really mean to love like Jesus in today's cultural and political climate?

In this episode, New Wine Director Dr. Paul Louis Metzger interviews Pastor Andrew Thompson about his church's commitment to loving like Jesus amid the growing politicization of the Christian faith in contemporary society. Together, they discuss what it means to embody Christlike love as a proactive response to Christian nationalism in an interview titled, Love Like Jesus: A Proactive Response to Christian Nationalism.

Dr. Metzger also sits down with Dr. David Timms to discuss his recent book, Suffering Well. Their conversation, Suffering Well during Mental Health Awareness Month and Beyond, offers thoughtful insights into navigating suffering, mental health challenges, and faithful resilience.

This Memorial Day Weekend, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to others and to the freedoms we hold dear.

As we reflect, may we continue to pray for peace, unity, and hearts willing to serve others with compassion and humility.
