The Portland Rainmakers is Portland Oregon's newest semi professional basketball organization: located within the heart of N Portland. The Rainmakers was Purchased in late 2012 and has been under construction since then, while getting ready for its first ever season in 2014. Our organization has been established and built upon principles that will help further the carees and skill set of our ball
