May is National Physical Activity Month!

Physical activity supports both physical and mental health at every age. Moving more each day can help improve mood, boost energy, reduce stress, strengthen our bodies, and support overall well-being.

The best part? Staying active can be simple and fun! Take a walk, play outside, dance in the kitchen, bike with family, or explore a local trail. Small moments of movement throughout the day can make a big difference.

This month, challenge yourself and your family to find fun ways to move more and make physical activity part of your daily routine. Every movement counts!
