Post-Travel Meetings have OFFICIALLY BEGUN!

This week, students also gathered for their first in-person post-travel meeting at the NW Portland Hostel, where Sammaki met again with Jann Purdy from Pacific University’s Global Scholars Program alongside Carpe Mundi board member and Oregon State University professor Jeremy Townley. As we begin the re-entry portion of the program, students are reflecting on their experiences in Cambodia, navigating reverse culture shock, and thinking critically about how they want to carry the lessons, perspectives, and growth they gained abroad into their own lives, communities, and paths moving forward.
