Join us for our “Almost World Famous” Tenderloin Fry benefiting the Jay County Humane Society.

The Portland Lions Club is proud to host an evening of great food, fellowship, and community support. Enjoy a delicious hand-breaded tenderloin meal complete with cheesy potatoes, cole slaw, and a drink while helping make a difference for animals right here in Jay County.

Saturday, February 28th
4:00pm to 7:00pm
Lions Club Civic Center
307 E County Road 100 N

Dinner is $12, and kids 5 and under eat free. Carryout meals will be available.

Every meal helps support the important work of the Jay County Humane Society. Bring your family, invite your friends, and come hungry. We look forward to serving you.

We are deeply saddened to share the passing of a truly wonderful woman and dedicated Lion, Linda LeCompte Barwick. Linda and her husband, Wood, were pillars of our club for many years - always bringing energy, joy, and heart to everything they did. Even after stepping away nearly a decade ago, Linda continued to visit and support our efforts, never losing her connection with our Lions family.

Her laughter was unforgettable, her spirit unmatched, and her legacy will remain a cherished part of our club’s story. Rest easy, Lion Linda. You made a difference, and you will be deeply missed.
