Research tells us that at any given time, about 5% of the population in our country is experiencing thoughts of su***de which translates to over 16 million people. Su***de doesn’t discriminate and anyone can be at risk for su***de.

Any one of us can learn to notice the signs of su***de, to approach and talk with someone needing help and connect them to help and resources.

That’s why it is so important that we all know what to look for, what to say and where to connect someone to. Su***de prevention is everyone’s business and safeTALK shows you how to help prevent su***de.
