Youth SAVE is a program of REAP, and is open to anyone in the US who works with young people.

Centennial School District is hiring for two (2) temporary School Social Workers (LICN 24-75, 76). These positions are temporary for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year. These positions are full-time but part-time work will be considered.

Job Purpose Statement/s: School Social Workers are an integral link between school, home, and community in helping
students achieve success. They work directly with students and families in order to determine barriers to attendance,
engagement, achievement and graduation. Within a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS), they provide leadership
regarding mental health intervention, crisis management, and support services. School Social Workers also facilitate
community involvement in the schools while advocating for student success.

Experience Preferred: One year of supervised field experience, as verified by an approved institution, in social work,
school counseling, school psychology or one year of successful full-time service in a certificated position that requires
a school social worker license. Experience working with students who identify as LGBTQ2SIA+.

Job: Statewide School Su***de Prevention Manager with YouthLine at Lines for Life

Position Summary: The Statewide School Su***de Prevention Manager will lead and coordinate su***de prevention initiatives across Oregon with schools, school districts, and education service districts (ESD). This work will include monitoring and supporting progress on district Su***de Prevention, Intervention, and Postvention Plans as required by Oregon Senate Bill 52: Adi’s Act. This position will collaborate with relevant su***de prevention partners. The work of this role will be guided by the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and other statewide youth su***de prevention leaders.

Schedule: This position will primarily work Mondays – Fridays, 8:30 am – 5 pm, ten months of the year from mid-August to mid-June and will have 2 months off during the summer due to schools being closed.

Compensation: $68,244.80 - $73,216 annually plus full medical, dental, and vision insurance. matching 401k, professional development funds, a free Fitbit, sick time, and paid time off.

Location: Remote but must be located in the state of Oregon.
