One week later, we're still thinking about a pretty incredible few days in Frisco. 🤠

Summer Roundtable 2026 gave us sessions that challenged our thinking and plenty to take back to work. But as always, some of the best parts happened outside the agenda.

Catching up with longtime friends. Meeting people you've only known through email or LinkedIn. Laughing together. Celebrating 25 years of ARA with many of the remarketers who helped make that milestone possible.

🥂 What a night, and what a milestone to celebrate together.

This week at Summer Roundtable, we marked 25 years of ARA surrounded by many of the people who have been part of the journey.

Over a quarter century, countless members have given their time, shared their expertise, welcomed new faces, and helped ARA grow along with the remarketing business itself. We've celebrated milestones, navigated change, built programs that didn't exist 25 years ago, and created plenty of memories along the way.

Our Anniversary Celebration gave us a chance to appreciate all of it and, most importantly, the people behind it.

To everyone who has contributed to ARA over the past 25 years, whether you've been here from the beginning or joined us more recently, thank you. This association is stronger because you've been part of it.

After two days of packed sessions, plenty of laughs, and a 25th Anniversary celebration worthy of the occasion, Summer Roundtable 2026 heads into its final day with a lot worth sticking around for.

Attendees get a say in this one, voting in real time as the panel puts some of the biggest claims about EVs up against the data.

5:00 p.m. | President’s Reception
We’ll close out SRT by welcoming incoming ARA President Jackie Malik and recognizing Chris Clarke as he transitions to Chairman of ARA’s Board of Directors.

Frisco, you’re showing us how Summer Roundtable is done! 🤠

Day Two isn't over yet, but SRT 2026 is already proving to be one of our biggest and best ever. The energy throughout the Omni has matched the spirit of this 25th Anniversary year.

We started this morning by welcoming first-time attendees and new members over coffee before OPENLANE CEO Peter Kelly joined ARA Executive Director Mark Coleman for a keynote fireside chat covering his path through wholesale automotive and his perspective on AI, predictive pricing, market trends, and the opportunities ahead for consignors.

ARA’s 25-year history took center stage during the Membership Committee Open Forum, including a special film and guests who helped us look back at just how far the association has come.

Then GROW brought the house down again. The Generational Showdown, sponsored by AutoIMS, put different generations of remarketing professionals head-to-head and delivered exactly what everyone hoped for after last year’s hit: plenty of audience participation and even more laughs.

Throughout it all, the hallways have been buzzing, the Headshot Station sponsored by IAG has been busy, and everywhere you turn there’s another familiar face to catch up with.
