It’s hard to believe school starts in just a few weeks! 🎒✏️📚

This past weekend, families in our Anchoring Youth to Succeed/Project WIN program with Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Maine were invited to stop by to choose backpacks, notebooks, pencils and all the supplies they need to head into a new school year feeling prepared.

We love that this is about more than simply handing out school supplies. Kids get to choose what feels like them — the backpack, the colors, the little things that make starting a new year feel exciting.

Here’s to fresh notebooks, sharpened pencils, new possibilities and a wonderful school year ahead. 💜

How’s your summer so far??

And just like that… our first Summer Art + Nature camp hit the road today and headed to Wolfe’s Neck State Park to create art and explore the beauty of Maine! 🌿🎨
Did you know our Summer Art + Nature program is intentionally designed as a small-group experience? While it may look different from a traditional summer camp, that’s exactly the point. Small groups give us the time and space to build real relationships, encourage curiosity, and help every young person feel seen, heard, and comfortable trying new things.
Whether we’re sketching wildflowers, listening for birds, hiking a trail, or simply noticing the little details in nature, these shared experiences become the foundation for confidence, creativity, and connection.
We’re so excited for another summer of adventure, discovery, and making art inspired by the incredible world around us. 💜

We got so lucky to do a photoshoot for Holes out at Desert of Maine on a beautiful warm, sunny day! 🌵⛏️

We’re back for our final cooking group of this project! And what a fabulous group it was! We had to do some problem solving/time management for some challenges we’d learned about with baking - an awesome skill to learn! And it all turned out amazing!!! We’re sad to finish up as Thursday’s sure have been delicious around here! Thanks for following along our Chef’s “cookbook challenge” journeys!
