🍷 The Willamette Valley is recognized as one of the premier wine-growing regions worldwide and is home to two-thirds of Oregon’s wineries. That is why it is no surprise that Portland is home to more than 30 wineries and countless bars and restaurants with wine lists that will impress even the most seasoned sommelier.

May is Oregon Wine Month, so this week we are bringing you some of our favorite spots around town for a great glass (or bottle!) of vino. Read the article at the link in our bio👆

Whether you are an experienced rider or new to biking, there are a ton of resources available, such as PBOT’s Suggested Bike Rides Around Portland.

There are also many local businesses that can tune up your old bike, keep you safe, and help you ride in style so click the link in our bio for more info 👆

‼️ In order to compensate for a roughly $170 million budget deficit, City Councilors are proposing amendments to the City’s draft 2026-2027 budget. One of the more worrisome anticipated cuts affecting business districts will be to the City’s Public Environment Management Office (PEMO) and Impact Reduction Program (IRP). Many of your districts have benefited greatly from these programs, and you or your business association may want to consider submitting a comment or signing up to testify in support of fully restoring their funding.

🍔 The hamburger may be one of the only truly American culinary creations, which is why it is no surprise that May is National Burger Month.

Hamburgers gained national recognition at the 1904 St. Louis World’s Fair when the New York Tribune raved about the new sandwich. Since then, burgers have been reinvented countless times over, with restaurants putting their own unique spin on the beloved sandwiches.

In Portland, there is no shortage of places to grab a great burger, and with new meat alternatives, the list keeps growing. Click the link in our bio for some of our favorites. 👆
