Our Mission
Portland Community College is a founding member of the Sustainable Purchasing Leadership Council but has a nearly $1 million dollar contract with Coca-Cola, one of the world’s largest contributors to environmental degradation and health inequality, both in the United States and outside of it. These are not our values as PCC students, and they’re also not the values that the college claims to have. This contract expires in the fall of 2019. Help us as we fight to hold PCC to its word and persuade the college to dump environmental degredation and corporate greed in favor of a company that is more local, equitable, ethical, and sustainable. #canthecokecontract
