🌲Fall Retreat is coming soon in October; campers can register starting Monday! Join us for a long weekend at camp! Fishing, an adventure course, painting pumpkins, cooking, swimming, and being with friends! * Priority is going to be given to week 7 campers.

⛺We can't make the weekend happen without our staff! Any past staff or counselors who are interested in working the weekend, email [email protected] to get signed up. We'd like to get as many campers in that weekend as possible because of our week 7 cancellation.

The horses are BACK! A big shout out to summer staffer, Emily and her family for taking MHKC's horses off the mountain and out of the smoke for a week of relaxation on their farm! We greatly appreciate you and all your help in keeping them safe and healthy!

💔 OUR CAMPERS NEED YOU.

Last week, hazardous wildfire smoke forced Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp to cancel an entire week of summer camp. For our campers, camp is often the highlight of their entire year. It’s a place where adventure, independence, friendship, belonging, and pure joy are accessible to everyone.

The cancellation also created a financial loss of more than $100,000 in registration fees and other expenses. Because our summer season is only eight weeks long and operates at full capacity, those funds cannot be recovered.

Camper registration fees cover just 40% of the true cost of our program. The rest comes from generous donors like you.
