Golden Leaf Education Foundation Golden Leaf Education Foundation is formed by volunteers to enhance educational opportunities internationally to children in need.

Golden Leaf Education Foundation (GLEF) is a 501 c(3) non-profit in Portland, Oregon. Its mission, inspired by Kilong Ung’s memoir, Golden Leaf: A Khmer Rouge Genocide Survivor, is to enhance educational opportunities for children in need internationally in memory of genocide victims and in honor survivors – golden leaves. GLEF operates 100 percent on the volunteer efforts of students, business professionals, Royal Rosarians, Rotarians, community members, and community leaders.
