Avanza AVANZA is a leadership development and community program for young Latinos:

-Natural inclination toward leadership.
-Passion for working.

Avanza is a leadership development program for Latino young adults ages 18-35. its goal is to form and train young Latinos, with different modules and tracks on leadership skills, and create a group that will participate in community efforts to better the opportunities for Latinos in the educational, social and professional spheres. This program will be presented by active Latino community leaders

and staff of Educate Ya, so the participants can see professional role-models in action and be empowered to create a community that integrates into the mainstream culture, while sharing their own richness and gifts that come from the different countries they represent. Avanza es un programa de desarrollo de liderazgo para jóvenes entre 18-35. Su meta es formar y capacitar jóvenes latinos por medio de diferentes módulos y guías de habilidades en liderazgo, de manera crear un grupo que participe de los esfuerzos comunitarios y poder mejorar las oportunidades de latinos en las areas educacionales, sociales y profesionales. Este programa sera presentado por lideres latinos comunitarios y por empleados de Educate Ya, de manera que los participantes puedan ver modelos profesionales en acción y así tener el poder de crear una comunidad que se integre a la cultura en que vivimos, mientras comparten sus riquezas y dones traídos desde los diferentes países que representan. email: [email protected]
