Thank you to the Portland Foundation and to Barbara Street for spinning the wheel. We greatly appreciate the money to help our Jay County Cancer Patients with cancer related expenses! 🎗

A surprise moment made The Portland Foundation’s 75th Annual Meeting even more memorable!

Twelve attendees were randomly selected to spin a virtual wheel featuring grant amounts from $2,500 to $15,000. Each person selected chose a local nonprofit to receive the amount they landed on, resulting in $75,000 in grants awarded in honor of our 75th anniversary.

Barbara Street spun the wheel for the Jay County Cancer Society, and they received a $5,000.00 grant! Board President Andrea Poore accepted the grant on behalf of the organization.

We’re proud to celebrate 75 years of philanthropy and support for the organizations that make Jay County stronger.
