Our first level bricklayers are off to a strong start. Choosing the soldier brick on the bottom, which laying at your feet is difficult, shows that they are willing to take on challenges and push themselves. They are showing real promise and their motivation are valuable qualities that will help them succeed in their bricklaying journey. Keep supporting and encouraging them out in the field.
