We have been given the ok to start meeting once again, so we have set a date for our first meeting of 2021 will be July 11th, 2021 starting at 4pm at the scout hut. Thanks you for patience with this matter. If you know someone that would like to join cub scouting, please send them our way.

Pack Meeting 2020 February

Scouts and Scouters,

We have gotten together to plan a return to start meeting again. After careful thought and planning the pack committee has come up with a plan that will get us back meeting again to continue with cub scouting. This plan is as follows:

Cub Scout will start meeting again starting on the Sunday September 27, 2020. There will be different time slot's for different dens. Here are the times for cub scouts to meet.

Starting at 3pm til 3:50pm Lions and Tigers
Starting at 4pm til 4:50pm Wolfs and Bears
Starting at 5pm til 6:00pm Weblos and Arrow of Light (Webelos II)

The Pack committee is making every effort to keep our meeting place clean and sanitizes before and after each meeting.
There will be hand sanitizer within the scout hut and cleaning material to wipe surfaces.
All scouts and parents will be required to wear mask when inside the scout hut
All persons will be required to maintain 6ft from each other, unless of course you are a parent and or sibling.
If your scout , or parent, or siblings have any symptoms of illness, please stay home. Remember that you can do the items in your scout handbook at home and email your progress as well.
We encourage your scout to bring a bottled water or a water bottle to the meeting as we will not be providing any snacks or drinks to meeting at this time. This is one of the recommended items from the council. Please make sure you scouts name is on the bottle or water bottle. Under no circumstance should any boy share his water with another scout that is not his sibling. Please also limit the drink to water only. please. no sugary items please.

For you information we have attached a restarting scouting checklist with this message, please take a few minutes to read this.

We will start this way until things improve regarding COVID 19, then we will re-evaluate the meeting status.
