We need each other to heal. 💜

Community itself is healing — because no one can survive the weight of this world alone.

B/c the truth is: we live in a world that makes survival hard. Violence piles onto our bodies and communities and it feels unbearable.

Feeling overwhelmed isn’t weakness — it’s wisdom. And when we come together in peer support, we turn that wisdom into collective strength.

✨ Healing is not an individual project. It’s something we do, and become, together.

✨ You don’t have to be ready. You just have to be here. ✨

Peer support is about showing up as you are — tired, uncertain, hurting, joyful, or somewhere in between. There’s no perfect version of you required. At Peer Project PDX, we hold space for q***r, disabled, and chronically ill community members to connect, be seen, and feel supported.

✨ Coming home to yourself is an act of courage. ✨

Peer support isn’t about changing who you are — it’s about creating spaces where you can be fully you. 🌈 Whether you’re q***r, trans, disabled, or living with chronic illness, you deserve community that affirms your truth and holds you with care.

It’s about coming home to yourself.” At the bottom of the image are two raised hands holding LGBTQ+ pride flags, including the rainbow flag and the transgender pride flag.
