Jackson Hole Airport in Wyoming is the only aviation hub in the United States that is positioned within a national park, the structure was designed as an inextricable extension of its natural environment.
Structural supports are given an elegant and minimal presence, with long-spanning Douglas fir glulam beams, rough-hewn log columns, and lightweight steel.

THAILAND INTERNATIONAL WOODWORKING AND FURNITURE EXHIBITION 2024
As part of our overseas promotion we had a booth at the TIWF 2024 from September 18th to 20th 2024 at the IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Centre, in Bangkok, Thailand.

TIWF 2024 is organized as a key business platform to present and discuss the latest technology, solutions, materials, trends and sustainability impacting the woodworking industry, not just in Thailand but also the surrounding Southeast Asian region.

Hosted by Thailand’s Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the exhibition received numerous industry endorsements from over 17 international and local industry organizations and associations, affirming the importance of TIWF 2024 as a key regional face-to-face industry platform and market-gathering place.

HOLGATE LIBRARY…
The Holgate Library is the first new, permanent library to open in Multnomah County in more than a decade. It’s also the most energy efficient library ever built in Multnomah County. It’s a bright and modern space, built to be open and flexible for the community.
With 21,000 square feet, it’s now one of the largest libraries in Multnomah County.
The structure and interior millwork are all Douglas Fir.

Main uses: Principally as structural framing timber; when rotary cut, for veneer and plywood sheathing.

En Tarimera El Rayo, se celebró una reunión transformadora con la visita de la misión del Softwood Export Council. El encuentro fue una oportunidad excelente para destacar cómo la madera suave de los Estados Unidos puede jugar un papel crucial en el mercado mexicano de tarimas de madera.

Durante la visita, se exploraron nuevas oportunidades de colaboración y se discutieron estrategias para integrar de manera más efectiva este tipo de madera en los procesos productivos locales. La presencia de expertos como Hilary Carr de la National Wooden Pallet and Container Association (NWPCA), junto con el equipo del SEC, proporcionó perspectivas valiosas que ayudaron a profundizar el entendimiento de las potenciales aplicaciones y beneficios.
