Sunnyside Employment Self-Help Group

Sunnyside Employment Self-Help Group We are a support group for the unemployed and underemployed in SE PDX.

We do a variety of activities together: meet, survey the neighborhood to find out how many are unemployed, network on how to find employment, figure out methods of mutual support, discuss and practice alternate economies like barter, food banks, and exchange, research self-employment options, and lobby on legislation to permanently affect employment justice in the future.
