Tuesday is Election Day in Maine! Visit ACLUMaine.org/Vote to:

✅ Make a plan to vote by 8pm
✅ Track your mail-in ballot
✅ Find a ballot dropbox and return your ballot by 8pm
✅ Know your rights

You can register to vote at your polling place. If you're already registered, you don't need an I.D. to vote.

If you have any questions or encounter any issues, call the Election Protection Hotline by dialing 866-OUR-VOTE.

Birthright citizenship was a key part of Reconstruction after the Civil War. Today, it remains at the heart of our national identity: that out of many different backgrounds and beliefs, we form one.

No president can change the Constitution with the stroke of their pen, so we took this fight all the way to the Supreme Court. We expect a ruling in the coming weeks.
