Last year we awarded just under $4,000 in cash prizes to eight local students who submitted their entries through our Post. And that’s just the beginning—winning at the Post level makes students eligible to advance to the County, State, and potentially National levels, where additional scholarships and recognition are available
This years we are paying out $5000 to the winners, with the theme: “What a Veteran taught me about America”
