Volunteers Involved for the Emotional Well-being of Seniors VIEWS is a volunteer senior peer counseling and support program for adults age 60 and up living in Multnomah County.

VIEWS stands for Volunteers Involved for the Emotional Well-being of Seniors. Our no-cost weekly support groups and Conversation on Aging discussion groups provide emotional support, unconditional listening, and sharing of experiences. VIEWS is a program of Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare, a nonprofit healthcare provider.

Paulann Peterson, Oregon Poet Laureate will be reading this Sunday, Nov 13th for VIEWS Fireside Fall Event - 2:30pm at Taborspace, 5441 SE Belmont, Portland, 97215. Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare CEO Derald Walker will also be present to be honor past VIEWS counselors Quince Affolter and Laura Heller. Join us as we celebrate the future of senior peer counseling and our work enriching the lives of older adults. This celebratory event includes music, a no-host espresso and snack bar, and poetry. Suggested donation $20.
