When Whitney walked into her first Arrive (formerly Portland Housing Center) class, she was looking for information on how to begin her homeownership journey.

What she found was a community of mentors and life-changing financial assistance.

As a Portland native, mother, and juvenile corrections professional, Whitney found education, guidance, and the support she needed to make homeownership feel achievable.

Today, Whitney is a homeowner and an advocate, encouraging others to take the first step toward a goal that can feel out of reach for too many people.
