First, we need to take the food back into our own hands. Next, we believe everyone, especially those whom are less fortunate and in need, should have access to food grown naturally and devoid of any GE, GM and GMO's at no cost to them. Giving Vegetable Gardens Charity partnered with other like minded people and businesses are making this happen. What we ha

ve decided to do with our gardens is to grow food demographically according to each pantries needs, that way it will eliminate any waste and allow the pantries to really serve the neighborhoods they are in! As a community "we are our brothers keeper", and we believe by growing food naturally with organic practices and distributing it to the people that wouldn't normally have access to it be our mission. We also believe in teaching people how to be sustainable, by giving materials, and guidance needed for growing food with organic practices, and then they can in turn donate part of every harvest to a local pantry or food bank. To build self-esteem, one must do estimable things!
