A youth development and wilderness education nonprofit based in Portland, Maine. Welcome to Rippleffect!

We are a youth development organization that utilizes outdoor adventure to teach leadership development and self awareness. Our beautiful eco-campus on Cow Island in Casco Bay hosts programs for both youth and adults.

Required: enthusiasm for being outside, being part of a small team, desire to work with kids and provide meaningful opportunities.

Not required: previous experience with ropes courses and or outdoor education
