A big THANK YOU to Mike’s Drive-In for generously donating prizes to celebrate our Panthers who show up and start the school year strong! 🍦💙

Those first days and weeks of school are about more than getting back into a routine. Consistent attendance helps students build connection, confidence, and strong school habits from the very beginning.

We’re so grateful for community partners like MIKE’S DRIVE-IN ® who help us make showing up feel celebrated. Thank you for showing up for our Peninsula Elementary 🐾 🍦

✨ So… what exactly does the PTA do?

A LOT. 😂💙💛

Teachers get grants. Funds get raised. The garden gets some love. Families get resources. We make school traditions happen, roll out the Bike Bus, celebrate milestones, support affinity groups, and find plenty of reasons to gather together.

And behind all of it? Families who chip in, pitch in, and show up.

That’s where PTA membership comes in. 🫶

For $20 a year, you’re helping fund the things that make Peninsula feel like more than just a school. You’re also supporting state and national PTA education advocacy—because showing up for our kids means showing up for the bigger picture, too.

You don’t need to attend meetings.
You don’t need to volunteer every weekend.
You don’t need to make a motion.

Your $20 helps us keep doing the things that make our school community stronger, more joyful, and a little more fun.

🐾 $20. One year. A whole lot of PTA magic.

Let’s make some good things happen this year. 💙💛

Attention Kindergarten Parents and Caregivers!
Sending a student off to their first full day of Kindergarten can be cause for sadness (“Boo hoo, my baby is officially in school!”) and celebration (“Yahoo, my baby is officially in school!”). Join the PTA by the school flag pole on Monday, August 31st after morning dropoff to meet fellow Kindergarten parents and caregivers, celebrate/commiserate together, and have some coffee and donuts on us. You deserve it!
