T is for Tennis is an innovative program that blends tennis, music, movement and games to cultivate stronger physical, cognitive and social abilities in kids. The result is an environment that instills the values of integrity, respect, confidence, sportsmanship, health and well-being. As a part of Greater Portland Tennis Council's community outreach, T is for Tennis reaches approximately 550 child

The curriculum, developed by classroom leader Deborah Puhl, is an innovative program that has been very popular with students and teachers alike. Debbie Puhl and Chad Oliver wrote a book that the Head Start teachers read to their students before and after classes.
