Woodstock Community Center Holiday Market Vendor Application is Open!

After last year's amazing turnout, we are officially getting ready for our 2nd Annual Holiday Market on Saturday, November 28, 2026 (10 AM - 4 PM).

Are you a local maker, artist, or crafter? We want you! Space is limited, so we’ll be thoughtfully designing the layout to fit as many beautiful local creations as possible.

The Details:
💰 Cost: $50/table (provided & pre-assigned).
📍 Selection: We’re prioritizing neighborhood connection, a diverse mix of mediums, and market fit.

Mural Artist Call: Help Design Woodstock's Community Street Mural!

The Friends of the Woodstock Community Center is looking for a mural artist to design a community-painted street mural on SE 43rd Ave in front of the Woodstock Community Center, with installation planned for summer 2027.

We've already surveyed the community and identified the mural's theme, character, and local elements. Now we need an artist to bring that vision to life.

Because neighbors of all ages will help paint the mural, we're looking for a design that is bold, colorful, simple, and fun. Experience with public murals and community paint projects is strongly preferred.

Artists should be prepared to:
• Review the project specifications and design requirements in the application (see bio).
• Create a concept mockup showing the mural in the street.
• Provide an estimated budget for design, community painting preparation (including gridding), volunteer training, paint, supplies, surface preparation, and related costs.
• Submit a timeline with a completed design ready by March 2027.
We plan to apply for grants this fall to fund the project, so we need preliminary proposals by September 15, 2026.

The August Woodstock Neighborhood Association Newsletter is out!

Inside you'll find a call for artists to design Woodstock's new community street mural, the opening of vendor applications for the 2026 Woodstock Holiday Market, details on our Plant Sale & Spring Festival summer booths at the Woodstock Farmers Market, volunteer opportunities for both the Woodstock Walk & Clean and Johnson Creek Cleanup, and the latest on the Woodstock Crafting Circle. It's packed with ways to get involved, connect with neighbors, and help strengthen our community.
