This week brought us a very special treat. Mrs. Droste’s Kindergarten class joined us at The Soup Project, where they created heartfelt cards for our clients and pitched in to help Backpacks for Bellies pack summer snack bags for the Food Bank summer program. It was a beautiful reminder of what community looks like at every age, and we wrapped up faster than ever!

What a wonderful week at The Soup Project! Our volunteers showed up and showed out with a rich creamy cauliflower soup and a peachy strawberry coconut fiber muffin that did not disappoint. Every bowl made with love for the people we are honored to serve. This is what community looks like.
