After a long PNW winter, we finally got to move together again! 🤩 A few of us from the collective came out for a Lagree class—some for the first time! It was so fulfilling to sweat, connect, and hold space with each other. 🤎

This was our first event of the season, and it’s just the beginning. 🌱 Spring has officially sprung, and we’re using this as a springboard for more movement, more community, and more magic. ✨ Stay tuned! 😎

FPOCPNW is awarding 1️⃣0️⃣ individuals with a $500 scholarship to Personal Trainers, Group Fitness Instructors, and Coaches of Color that have completed or currently receiving education (irl or online) within this 2025 year!
