Calling VENDORS / ARTISTS / ARTISANS / SIDE BUSINESSES
As many of you may or may not know, I have been working on alchemystics.org for a while and have had some success with it, but part of what I was trying to build is a spot that can integrate with everyone and collaborate as artists and businesses and help those that have not had the time to figure out your own online shop presence. There is etsy, but it is overly saturated at this point and this new version of alchemsytics.org will integrate with your current etsy, prestashop, woocommerce, magento, and shopify so you can just synch your products. And if you don't have an online shop already- no problem - just sign up at https://market.alchemystics.org

I will take care of some of the seo and a lot of other downstream integrations with other platforms that will be forthcoming into other marketplaces as well (google products, etc)

This is version 2.0 Alpha and still is requiring some build out still- very early in the process. But you can now register and set up your shop and have your logo and your own little shop link online - without listing fees. I will be moving my products and store into the marketplace as time allows, since version 1.0 was essentially my Meta Zen shop even though the vision was more geared towards what I am building here. Once the migration is complete alchemystics.org will be a landing page for the market and some other art projects I have in mind.

How much does it cost, though? This model is different and we are trying a free to list, but 10% commission of the sale. This takes care of the ~3 - 3.5% fees for payment processing for any type of payment (paypal, venmo, credit cards, etc). And allows us to setup an affiliate program that will pay you back 5% if someone you refer buys another product from the marketplace that was not yours (you have to use the affiliate link- though), which leaves us (I am working with another friend to try to get this all up and running) with 1.5% for infrastructure fees in the worst case scenario. Possibly more, but just practicing full transparency as a business person, which might not be what people are used to.

Hopefully you can see from the screenshot that the proof of concept was successful and will give you some assurance that you are getting in at a very early stage which will likely provide you with some perks for helping me build it out, test, and get things up and running. This is in beta stage, so you will be helping us test and work out a few things and we will be working on the template and design in the next few weeks. Proper launch is likely towards end of summer.

Thank you community, thank you for participating in such a monumental night for all of us that put in the work to make this happen. We would like to make some shout outs of appreciation! Starting with the musicians, Pirate Juice, Shwex, Sixis, Whitebear, Kaminanda, and Kalya Scintilla.

🕉️Deco Announcement 🕉️

We are pleased to announce that LunoSol Productionss based out of Santa Cruz/Boston will be bringing decor for this event! They will be completely transforming the main hall and stage in to a projection mapped and illuminated immersive experience.

About LunoSol Productions
LunoSol Productions is a non-profit organisation focused on promoting arts and music culture around the world. We create inspired environments featuring the work of artists and visual technicians, as well as train aspiring artists to work in the events industry Our in house artists use cutting edge technology to create video-mapped, LED- activated environments of layered airbrushed lycra, hanging props, and painted backdrops, and fire, light, and performance artists, living, dancing, and immersing their magic in a new reality we invite you to share with us.
LunoSol's head designer is Ivy Orth, an international decor artist based in the USA. Her work is made up of hand painted airbrushed environments, sculpted uniquely with respect for each location and event's specific intention, and inspired by the manifestation of the inner Fairy Tale. Her work is representative of a whimsical world of the manifested dream of feminine heart. By expressing the weird and wonderful, allowing space for the twisted and the dark, and illuminating environments with light and iridescence, LunoSol creates the setting for all characters to journey into their own Psychedelic Fairy Tale.
Ivy Began creating environments for Psychedelic events in London in 2006, where the underground Psychedelic scene was growing exponentially. From there, she worked as Global Village Productions, working with other artists in collaborative efforts and managed to create the decor for international events including Glade Festival in the UK, Electric Picnic in Ireland, Transahara in Morocco, Echo Valley in China, and Ozora Festival in Hungary. Many more festivals and clubs received special attention around Europe, and in 2011, she moved to the USA, working in California, New York and the Midwest for crews including Pulse SF, Psy Tribe LA, Respect NYC, Chilluminati, and so many more. In Canada, Tech Safari's Eclipse Festival, Orion NYE, Katalyst event's Motion Notion, New Brunswick's Future Forest, and many others have seen the decor grown and evolve.
Ivy Is excited to work in collaborations with production crews around the world as well as with a variety of talented visual artists. Working together, artists can continuously push themselves to innovate and inspire others to do the same. Being an artist requires a respect for the craft of all, and a diligence and commitment to ever growing, learning, evolving, and inspiring.
