Harrp (Highland Access, Reentry and Recovery Program) We provide transitional services to men and women coming out of prison. We are a Christian organization that serves people of any faith, color or orientation. G.

HARRP provides transitional services to include mentoring, in-prison education, and recovery support to men and women with conviction histories. We are based at Highland United Church of Christ, Dr. W. Hardy Jr, Senior Pastor.
