✨ 3rd Co–Art Lit – Our amazing Art Lit team will be leaving TMS in 2027 and is looking for someone to join them this year, learn the ropes, and step into the role the following year.
🍦 Welcome Events – Help coordinate our August Ice Cream Social and Parent Welcome Coffees alongside the school
🎉 8th Grade Celebration – Lead the planning and ex*****on of this special event with the Assistant Principal and a team of volunteers

We need YOU!! 💙

As a PTO, we love supporting our students, staff, and school community—and we’re already looking ahead to next year! We’re inviting parents and guardians to consider joining our PTO Board for the upcoming school year.

✨ Open Board Positions:
• Secretary – Records meeting minutes and helps oversee PTO communication, including our website and social media
• Co-Volunteer Coordinator – Partners with our Volunteer Coordinator to connect school staff with volunteers

Joining the PTO is a great way to stay involved, meet other families, and make a meaningful impact in our school community.

Help us show some love to our incredible teachers & staff by stocking the lounge with snacks on May 7th!

If you’re able to donate individually wrapped snacks or drinks, we’d be so grateful. Let’s keep them fueled and feeling appreciated all week long 💛

This is our annual listening session, and we’d love to hear from you. Share your feedback, ideas, and thoughts on how we can continue to grow and support our school community.

We also have several Board & Committee positions open:
Secretary, Co-Volunteer Coordinator, OBOB, 8th Grade Celebration Chair, Welcome Events, and 3rd Co-Art Lit (learn next year and take over in ’27–’28).

🎨Our Art Lit team is preparing to offer two lessons this year. This program works best when we have the support of many volunteers during the 10 lessons presented at each grade level. If you are interested in joining the efforts to teach these lessons or support during the lesson, we need you!

🖌️Join us in our training session on Thursday, January 29th at 6:30 pm at Tumwater Middle School.
