We’re excited to have Mike Cebula joining us as a Company Advisor this summer!

Mike has spent his career in banking and technology, helping organizations develop new services, solve complex challenges, and strengthen relationships with their customers.

For the past 10 years, he has volunteered with SCORE, supporting small business owners, and currently serves on several boards in Clackamas County.
Mike is passionate about mentoring, community involvement, and supporting the growth of future leaders. He is a graduate of the University of Portland!

We’re excited to welcome Dylan Gaus as a Company Advisor for our upcoming Business Week session!

Dylan is a Product Manager at The Provenance Chain Network, a Portland-based software startup. He studied business at Northeastern University, with a concentration in supply chain management and information technology.
Dylan is also an OBA Board Member and Business Week alum, bringing a full-circle perspective to his work with students.

He has built his career in the technology and healthcare sectors, focusing on innovation that reduces inefficiencies and improves digital systems.

We’re excited for our students to learn from his experience and insights this summer.

Alyssa Frappier is joining the June Business Week session as a Company Advisor, serving as a coach and mentor to a team of students. With 14 years of experience in HR and recruitment, Alyssa currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Reser's Fine Foods.

Currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at George Fox University, Alyssa focuses on leadership, talent strategy, and workforce analytics, bringing both real world experience and research driven insight to the student experience.
