The Mayor's proposed budget would cut the Diversity and Civic Leadership (DCL) Program, again. This funding keeps NAYA's LEAD Program and Youth and Elders Council alive.

We need you to speak up TODAY.

Here is how:
✔️ Submit written testimony
✔️ Email your Portland City Councilor
✔️ Call your district office
