ChatWork Civic Club The Chatwork Civic Club was organized in February of 1921 in Portland, Texas. Coffee and social at 9:30 a.m., Program at 9:50 a.m.

Meetings on the Third Wednesday of the months of September-May at the Portland Community Center.
