🚨 Save your favorite neighborhood restaurants, bars and carts from outrageous delivery fees. Please contact Portland City Council today to voice your support for extending the 10% Third Party Delivery Fee Cap.

If the cap expires every order you place for delivery may cost restaurants 15-30% of the purchase price.

Restaurant margins are thin, and paying those fees will force them to either inflate their menu prices or stop offering delivery.

Please take action today by submitting an email in support of keeping the cap by email City Council ([email protected]) no later than noon on June 22.
